What is it supposed to mean when it says you can use the gift card in Alaska? There is a Kohl’s in Anchorage. Why wouldnt the gift card be good there? I think the writer of this description thinks Alaska is not a state. Hmmm. Its been 50 years now.

FIRST, I ordered gift cards for Christmas. My arrival date SHOULD HAVE BEEN before Christmas. When Christmas Eve rolled around, we called to tell them that the cards were still not here and we needed to cancel our order because they were not delivered as promised. They said the cards had been shipped and even though did not arrive on time, that there was NOTHING they could do.
THEN, I gave them another chance. Not because I wanted to, but because they are the authorized seller on here to sell the giftcard I wanted to purchase. I selected and paid for NEXT DAY SHIPPING. When I logged in today to check my shipping info, it said the estimated arrival date was 1/20 and that my card had not even shipped yet. So NOW I will not have another gift card that I need, when I needed it. I cancelled the order and will NEVER EVER EVER purchase anything from them again.
WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT, ENERGY, MONEY, ETC.

This was a nice way to shop, since the nearest shopping center is almost an hour away from where I live; however, it took longer to reach its destination than I expected….close to two weeks. And that’s a pain because now you feel like you have to “track” the gift, etc.

problems with this seller (Gift card mall) for kohls and home depot. took about three months for them to fix it. not sure they even cared because i had to call like six times and they were totally apathetic.

TO be fair this is a follow up to my initial post. I recently complained that my gift card arrived with no funds loaded on the card. Gift Card Mall’s customer service was very helpful and fixed the problem immediately. All in all I would probably use them again.
